Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to lead our Behavioral Health Department in Tumwater, WA. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising clinical staff, interns, and training employees to ensure high-quality care for our patients.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in counseling or social sciences, at least 5 years of clinical practice and management experience, and meet the state clinical supervisor requirement. LMHC, LMFT, LSW, or another related licensure is required. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $70,000 - $75,000. The Clinical Supervisor will participate in interviewing and selecting candidates for employment, training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work/caseloads for employees. They will also review client charts to ensure compliance with BHO, DBHR, and TJC requirements.
The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical individual and group supervision to all mental health therapists, peer specialists, case managers, and program staff working on their site. They will review and approve the therapists' clinical documentation in Cerner, as appropriate. In partnership with the Manager, they will ensure staff meets their weekly service hours and monthly productivity requirements.
The Clinical Supervisor will also provide clinical supervision of mental health staff as required by WAC and ensure client care is provided according to the WAC, county contracts, TJC, and Sea Mar Policies and Procedures. They will ensure system integration of care (primary care, behavioral health, dental care, and overall health) for all patients.
