Job Summary:

Family Behavioral Health Services LLC is seeking a skilled Clinical Care Specialist to provide intensive and strength-based therapeutic mental health services and supports to children, youth, and families in the community. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assess for immediate safety and stabilization needs, develop treatment plans, and provide crisis response and stabilization services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assess and evaluate the needs of children, youth, and families, and develop individualized treatment plans to address their unique challenges and strengths.
* Provide intensive and strength-based therapeutic mental health services and supports, including crisis response and stabilization services, to help children, youth, and families achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
* Collaborate with clinical supervisors, mental health specialists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
* Meet productivity and documentation standards, using collaborative problem-solving strategies to ensure complete, accurate, and strength-based documentation for all children, youth, and families served.

Requirements:

* A degree in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, or counseling.
* Experience working with children, youth, and families in a mental health setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations and professionals.
* Ability to assess for immediate safety and stabilization needs, and develop treatment plans to address these needs.
* Strong knowledge of strength-based and trauma-informed practices, with the ability to apply these principles in a clinical setting.
