THE POSITION

The Program Management Specialist will support the management and contractual day-to-day activities of the program under the supervision of a Senior Program Manager or Program Director.

The scope of the Program Manager includes program execution, meeting annual operating plan commitments, planning, tracking, and managing contractual correspondence, baseline change management, documentation, proposal approvals, negotiations, and other ad hoc tasks.

The Program Manager has primary responsibility for change management and proposal submission, including fee analysis and self-assessment of incentive/award fee-bearing contracts.

As a liaison with Honeywell finance, the Senior Program Manager will be responsible for contract deliverable reports provided to the customer as it relates to funding requirements and estimates to complete.

This customer-facing leader will need to act with limited oversight, representing Honeywell through front-end contract award as well as throughout program execution.

The role's intent is to focus on microelectronics programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Program Execution
  • Meeting annual operating plan commitments (Revenue & Margin) goals
  • Management of SDRLS/CDRLS and submission
  • Shipment of Hardware
  • Contractual briefs
  • Programmatic review support
  • Coordinating approvals for key acquisition or change efforts
  • Negotiation support, Fee assertion
  • Intra-company work efforts
  • Customer monthly funds status reporting
  • Internal EAC support
  • Risk and opportunity management
  • EAC / EVMS variance analysis and if required get to green initiatives.
  • Coordination with Legal & Contracts for terms review, approvals, and ad hoc inputs as required

U.S. CITIZEN REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidates must be U.S. citizens.

SALARY RANGE:
Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

YOU MUST HAVE
2+ years of Program Management or Project Management experience.
5+ years of Government Contract Experience
Extensive experience managing FAR 12 / FAR 15 efforts.
Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance, ability to obtain TS/SCI
Bachelor's Degree

WE VALUE
Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or Business disciplines.
Master's Degree in Engineering, Science, or Business.
Dispute Resolution
Experience leading, planning, conducting, and concluding contract negotiations with DOD.
Ability to integrate and track contractual documents as it pertains to scope
Creative business deal structures
