Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the General Manager, here’s a glimpse of your duties:

Utilize your vibrant personality to lead, mentor, and guide the team, ensuring a seamless operation of the student living environment.
Address challenges and enhance experiences, managing feedback and complaints effectively.
Apply your expertise in safety, compliance, and facilities management to uphold operational standards and provide a secure living space for our residents.
Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at the university and with internal and external partners, leveraging your interpersonal skills.
Ensure the efficient execution of the operational calendar and the student lifecycle from arrival to departure and summer transitions.


This is not an exhaustive list; we assure you that this role will be dynamic and engaging. Compensation for this position is biweekly at a rate of $21.00 per hour.


Qualifications:

Are you a good fit? Here’s what you’ll need:
Experience in a similar role within a busy hotel, student accommodation, or related field.
Solid understanding of facilities management.
Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build and maintain quality relationships.
Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on sales and marketing.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in technology and adaptability to online systems.
Carbon Literacy Certification or willingness to pursue training.
