Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to serve as a Maintenance Technician for our properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for general maintenance tasks, responding to service requests, executing repairs, troubleshooting, ensuring apartment turnovers, and performing preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and execute repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including minor painting, repair of walls, doors, and woodwork, plumbing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, landscape pruning, and electrical work.
  • Maintain the interior and exterior appearance of our properties to enhance curb appeal and attract potential tenants.

Requirements

  • 2 years of previous maintenance experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in apartment property maintenance is a plus.
  • Comfortable with duties related to maintaining apartment units.
  • Neat, well-groomed, and well-spoken, with the ability to interact professionally with potential and current residents.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Ownership and provision of necessary tools for assigned duties.
  • Proficient use of hand tools and maintenance equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Physical Demands
