Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the General Manager, here is a glimpse of your responsibilities:

Utilize your vibrant personality to lead, mentor, and guide the team, ensuring the student living environment operates seamlessly.
Address concerns and enhance experiences, ensuring excellent service for our residents.
Apply your expertise in safety, compliance, and property management to uphold operational standards and provide a secure home for our students.
Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at the university and with internal and external partners, leveraging your interpersonal skills.
Ensure the efficient management of the operational calendar and student lifecycle, from arrival to departure and seasonal transitions.


This is not an exhaustive list, but we assure you that this role will be dynamic and engaging. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $21.00 per hour.


Qualifications:

Are you a fit? Here’s what you’ll need:
Experience in a similar role within a busy hotel, student accommodation, or related field.
Solid understanding of facilities management.
Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain quality relationships.
Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on sales and marketing.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in technology and adaptability to online systems.
Carbon Literacy Certification or willingness to pursue training.
