Job Title: Human Resources Manager

At Sentry Ford Lincoln, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the hiring process, and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
  • Payroll Processing and Benefits Administration: Process and verify payroll entries, manage benefits, and ensure timely and accurate disbursement of wages and benefits.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Stay up-to-date on federal and state laws governing wage and hour compliance, paid family and medical leave, and other relevant regulations.
  • Talent Sourcing and Attraction: Proactively source high-caliber candidates through online job boards, social media, networking events, and industry associations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in human resource management, payroll processing, recruitment, and hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, candidate sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HR and recruitment software such as ADP Workforce Now or similar applications.
