Job Title: Pediatric Cardiology Clinic Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Cardiology Clinic Manager to join our team at St. Luke's Health System. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our Pediatric Cardiology Clinics, Pediatric Intensivists, and Pediatric Hospitalists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of RNs, MAs, and Patient Access Specialists
  • Oversee Providers and ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics, performance improvement, and staffing models

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
  • 5 years of clinical experience in pediatric cardiology
  • Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Preferred qualifications include knowledge of pediatric cardiology, previous leadership experience, and familiarity with inpatient physician operations
