Job Title: Pediatric Cardiology Clinic Manager

St. Luke's Health System is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Cardiology Clinic Manager to lead our team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional care to our pediatric patients.

About the Role:
  • Oversee the management of Treasure Valley Pediatric Cardiology Clinics, Pediatric Intensivists, and Pediatric Hospitalists.
  • Direct reports include RNs, MAs, and Patient Access Specialists.
  • Travel will be required between Boise and Meridian clinics and infrequent visits to Twin Falls.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
  • 5 years' clinical experience in assigned area
  • Current RN licensure from the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Pediatric Cardiology
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Familiar with inpatient physician operations
  • Understanding of quality metrics, performance improvement, and staffing models
