St. Luke's Health System is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Cardiology Clinic Manager to lead our team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional patient care.
About the Role:- Oversee the management of Treasure Valley Pediatric Cardiology Clinics, Pediatric Intensivists, and Pediatric Hospitalists.
- Direct reports include RNs, MAs, and Patient Access Specialist.
- Travel will be required between Boise and Meridian clinics and infrequent visits to Twin Falls.
- Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
- 5 years' clinical experience in assigned area
- Current RN licensure from the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Knowledge of Pediatric Cardiology
- Previous leadership experience
- Familiar with inpatient physician operations
- Understanding of quality metrics, performance improvement, and staffing models
