Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our Pediatric Cardiology Clinics, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient clinical workflows.
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with our Pediatric Intensivists and Pediatric Hospitalists to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, resources, and personnel to ensure effective and efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pediatric cardiology or related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team management and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of pediatric cardiology, quality metrics, and performance improvement principles.
