As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our Pediatric Cardiology Clinics, Pediatric Intensivists, and Pediatric Hospitalists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our Pediatric Cardiology Clinics, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient clinical workflows.
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our Pediatric Intensivists and Pediatric Hospitalists to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and personnel to ensure effective and efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pediatric cardiology or related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team management and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of pediatric cardiology, quality metrics, and performance improvement principles.
