We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to oversee the management of our Pediatric Cardiology Clinics, Pediatric Intensivists, and Pediatric Hospitalists. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of RNs, MAs, and Patient Access Specialists, as well as overseeing Providers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care and satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze clinical data to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a skilled and competent team
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- 5 years of clinical experience in pediatric cardiology
- Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider certification
- Knowledge of pediatric cardiology
- Previous leadership experience
- Familiarity with inpatient physician operations
- Understanding of quality metrics, performance improvement, and staffing models
