Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to oversee the management of our Pediatric Cardiology Clinics, Pediatric Intensivists, and Pediatric Hospitalists. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of RNs, MAs, and Patient Access Specialists, as well as overseeing Providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care and satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze clinical data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a skilled and competent team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • 5 years of clinical experience in pediatric cardiology
  • Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of pediatric cardiology
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Familiarity with inpatient physician operations
  • Understanding of quality metrics, performance improvement, and staffing models
