  • Prepare submissions for carriers and negotiate terms
  • Develop and deliver proposal presentations and manage client onboarding
  • Stay informed on industry trends, insurance markets, and technological advancements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial property and casualty insurance
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance coverages, underwriting, and rating principles
  • Preferred college degree
  • Prior experience in a managerial role is advantageous
  • State Property & Casualty insurance license is mandatory
  • Relevant industry designations such as ARM, CIC, and CPCU are preferred
  • Excellent time management and communication abilities
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
  • Familiarity with Sagitta/ImageRight is beneficial
