Staff My Agency, a leading insurance agency, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Professional to join our team. As a full-time Insurance Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate products and services.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a generous base salary and bonus structure. Additionally, we provide paid time off, a $250 stipend for health, short-term disability, life insurance, and valuable experience in the insurance industry.

  • Requirements:
    • Insurance sales experience and Property & Casualty and L/H licenses are preferred.
    • Sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred.
    • A successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas is preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
    • Self-motivation and the ability to multi-task are essential.
    • The ability to effectively relate to customers and provide excellent customer service is crucial.
    • Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required.
