Gpac is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medicare Insurance Agent to join our team. As a Medicare Insurance Agent, you will play a critical role in helping clients navigate the complexities of Medicare and find the best plans to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their Medicare needs and provide expert advice on available plans, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D.
  • Plan Enrollment: Guide clients through the enrollment process, ensuring they understand the details and benefits of their chosen plan.
  • Client Education: Educate clients on Medicare rules, regulations, and coverage options, including changes in the Medicare landscape.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Lead Generation: Actively seek out new clients through referrals, networking, and other marketing strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with state and federal regulations, including maintaining accurate records and completing required documentation.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about Medicare products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide the best service to clients.
Qualifications
  • Licensing: Valid insurance license for Health and Life insurance is required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in Medicare insurance sales is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Medicare plans, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans (Part D).
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Customer Service: Strong commitment to client satisfaction and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems, online enrollment platforms, and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
