Key Responsibilities:

Agents are positioned for success with an assigned territory that includes an established book of business.

Daily Activities:

  • Delivering sales presentations, recommending suitable products, closing sales, and utilizing our Customer Care Sales Model.
  • Actively seeking new sales opportunities.
  • Collecting premiums from policyholders according to a pre-arranged schedule.
  • Promptly addressing policyholder service requests, including beneficiary changes, claims, and loans.
  • Maintaining accurate records, managing collected funds, and processing necessary paperwork.

Expectations for Our Agents:

  • Expand the agency's client base.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers.
  • Dedicate the necessary time to fulfill job responsibilities.
  • Commit to continuous learning and skill development.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Ability to conduct door-to-door visits with clients and prospects.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with adequate auto insurance coverage.
  • Have a reliable vehicle for daily travel.
  • Pass a background check, motor vehicle report check, and drug screening.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Preparation:

  • Licensing: We offer support and guidance for those preparing for licensing exams.
  • Basic Training: New agents undergo a comprehensive development program that includes self-study, classroom instruction, role-playing, and extensive fieldwork.
  • On-the-job training allows new agents to earn while they learn.
