**About Us**

Ray Rosales Agency is a dynamic and fast-paced insurance agency seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join our sales team. As an insurance professional, you will work closely with a dynamic team of sales agents who share your passion for success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established by the agency.
  • Solicit new business opportunities through various lead sources, including networking and referrals.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key business partners, including real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, and auto dealers.
  • Process customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting all customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Process premium payments from customers and encourage referrals.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross-selling and up-selling opportunity, including financial products.
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and return all phone messages in a timely manner.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and services offered by the agency.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through leads and referral sources.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Cold call, direct email, and engage in other lead generation activities to drive sales growth.
  • Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • A property and casualty license is preferred but not required.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and resourceful, and be coachable.
  • Be a self-starter with a sense of urgency and a strong work ethic.
  • Be able to create relationships from a cold start and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Be a confident and effective presenter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to multi-task, follow through, and follow up on customer requests and sales opportunities.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
  • Have previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing.
