About the Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Strategic Business Consulting Services. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and providing customized solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and build relationships with potential clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our technical solutions
  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their specific requirements
  • Collaborate with our technical team to ensure a smooth sales process and successful implementation of solutions
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability for both the client and our company
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and competitors
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in a consulting or B2B environment
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed
