The Baraboo, Wisconsin region presents a dynamic leadership opportunity for an Advanced Practitioner Lead in Primary Care. This role is a working lead position with no direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

AP engagement and care model design efficiency

Onboarding and precepting new APs

A schedule of 4-8 hours dedicated administrative time each week

Estimated Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
