Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our Med Surg team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide direct patient care, conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Conduct thorough medical history and physical examinations to identify and diagnose patients' conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address patients' unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest clinical research and evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field required.
  • Current licensure as an APRN in the state where working.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a nurse practitioner in an acute care setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stay current on clinical knowledge and best practices through ongoing education and training.
