">About the Opportunity: We are seeking an Advanced Practitioner Lead to join our team in Baraboo, WI. This role will focus on AP engagement, care model design and efficiency, and onboarding/precepting new APs. The schedule includes 4-8 hours of dedicated administrative time each week.
">Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance AP engagement and satisfaction
- Design and implement efficient care models to improve patient outcomes
- Onboard and precept new APs to ensure a smooth transition into the practice
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality and efficiency initiatives
Requirements:
- Currently employed by SSM Health
- Minimum of 0.8 FTE commitment
