- Oversee the timelines and deliverables of vehicle programs.
- Ensure project continuity by effectively coordinating resources and proactively addressing obstacles.
- Manage and align system and vehicle specifications across various departments.
- Refine and uphold our vehicle program methodologies for effective tracking and reporting.
- Provide regular updates on project status to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
- 5-10 years of experience within the automotive manufacturing sector.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in testing electric vehicles.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing vehicle program launches.
- Strong comprehension of industry vehicle regulations.
- Experience in developing and managing schedules for extensive programs/projects.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive testing protocols for production vehicles.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, suppliers, and management.
- Ability to initiate and take ownership of projects confidently.
- Proven track record in establishing robust processes and operational procedures.
- Organized approach and time management skills to ensure project completion.
- Preferred: Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, MBA, or professional certification in Project/Program Management.
- Essential: Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, Smartsheet, Tableau, etc.).
Position Details:
- This is a contract position in a manufacturing environment.
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, standard business hours.
- Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
- Employment Type: This is a W-2 position. No B2B/C2C arrangements or sponsorships available.
