  • Manage and align system and vehicle specifications across various departments.
  • Refine and uphold our vehicle program methodologies for effective tracking and reporting.
  • Provide regular updates on project status to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
  • 5-10 years of experience within the automotive manufacturing sector.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in testing electric vehicles.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and executing vehicle program launches.
  • Strong comprehension of industry vehicle regulations.
  • Experience in developing and managing schedules for extensive programs/projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of the automotive testing protocols for production vehicles.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, suppliers, and management.
  • Ability to initiate and take ownership of projects confidently.
  • Proven track record in establishing robust processes and operational procedures.
  • Organized approach and time management skills to ensure project completion.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, MBA, or professional certification in Project/Program Management.
  • Essential: Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, Smartsheet, Tableau, etc.).

Position Details:

  • This is a contract position in a manufacturing environment.
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, standard business hours.
  • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
  • Employment Type: This is a W-2 position. No B2B/C2C arrangements or sponsorships available.
