Technical Support Representative

The University of Rochester is seeking a Technical Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our technical support department, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients.

About the Role:

  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 1 year of clinical laboratory or medical experience preferred.
  • Valid NYS driver's license upon hire required.
