Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Strategic Systems. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support for our clients' PC hardware and software systems.

In this role, you will maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals. You will also document, maintain, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems as needed.

A strong candidate will have 3-6 years of experience supporting PC hardware and software, with comfortability providing hands-on support for servers and networks. Experience with mobile data plans, mobile networks, and devices is a plus.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to train employees, identify, analyze, and repair product failures, order and replace parts as needed, and escalate problems to higher levels of support if necessary.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for growth and professional development in a dynamic and supportive environment.
