Role Purpose

The Total Rewards division at Qualtrics is seeking a dedicated Compensation Analyst to significantly influence our compensation strategies.

This full-time role involves the evaluation and design of comprehensive compensation frameworks, utilizing benchmarking data to inform decisions that enhance our total rewards offerings. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline along with experience in compensation management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to formulate and articulate competitive compensation packages aimed at attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Utilize data analytics to refine our bonus, merit increase, and promotion frameworks.
  • Engage with hiring managers to craft compelling offers for prospective employees.
  • Address unique compensation inquiries and projects as they arise.
  • Develop scalable solutions for recurring compensation processes.
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams to drive collaborative projects.

Qualifications

  • Essential:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
    • Proficient in Excel with a keen eye for detail.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience in engaging with senior management.
    • Ability to analyze data sets and provide actionable insights.
    • Experience in compensation benchmarking.
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in designing equity compensation plans and employee stock purchase programs.
    • Familiarity with executive compensation structures.
    • Advanced Excel capabilities.
    • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
