Why We Have This Role
The Qualtrics Total Rewards team is looking for someone to join our team and have a huge impact on the company's compensation practice.
Qualtrics is looking for a full-time Compensation Analyst to adjust and design company-wide compensation plans, benchmark against relative data and use our product to make data driven decisions that improve Qualtrics' total rewards program. If you have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant experience in the world of compensation, Qualtrics could be the place you've been dreaming of.
How You'll Find Success
You'll know you're doing an outstanding job when you are working effectively with leaders across Qualtrics to develop and communicate compelling compensation packages for top-tier talent and assist with the strategic design and administration of our equity program for our employees. You will be a trusted advisor and relied upon by senior leaders to strategize around compensation. You are all about the numbers, analytics and utilizing data to improve our ongoing bonus, merit increase, and promotion processes.
How You'll Grow
- You will learn and use numerous data tools, data systems, and analytical approaches to affect positive change in the lives of real people.
- You will be positioned to develop domain expertise in various types of people data, such as behavioral, operational, and experience data.
- You will have the ability to grow in data communication and storytelling skills that can help drive change across the organization.
- You will have opportunities to learn the ins and outs of long-term incentives (restricted cash, options, RSUs), including file preparation for Board materials, new LTI awards, and processing of vesting events.
- You can hone strong communication skills, including communicating with and presenting to senior leaders directly, sometimes delivering complex or challenging messages.
- You will have the opportunity to be creative by creating or improving processes.
Things You'll Do
- Benchmark globally using large data sets to ensure our compensation is always competitive relative to the market
- Partner with hiring managers to create offers for candidates and close the top talent that Qualtrics attracts
- Handle one-off compensation questions, projects, or situations
- Own from start to finish creation of scalable solutions for recurring and ad hoc
- Partner with People and other teams on cross functional projects and processes
What We're Looking For On Your Resume
- Basic
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (HR, business, or other technical degree)
- Excellent excel skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication with experience presenting and interacting with senior leaders
- Skilled in making inferences and recommendations based on data sets
- Compensation Benchmarking experience
- Preferred
- Experience designing equity plans and employee stock purchasing plans (ESPPs)
- Experience designing executive compensation plans
- Advanced excel skills
- Tableau (or similar data visualization) experience
