Role Purpose

The Total Rewards team at Qualtrics is seeking a Compensation Analyst to significantly influence our compensation practices across the organization.

This full-time role involves adjusting and designing comprehensive compensation strategies, benchmarking against relevant data, and leveraging our software to make informed decisions that enhance Qualtrics' total rewards framework. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline along with pertinent experience in compensation management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with leaders to craft and communicate attractive compensation packages for exceptional talent.
  • Assist in the strategic design and management of our equity programs for employees.
  • Utilize data analytics to enhance ongoing processes related to bonuses, merit increases, and promotions.

Growth Opportunities

  • Develop expertise in various types of employee data, including behavioral and operational metrics.
  • Enhance data communication and storytelling skills to influence organizational change.
  • Gain insights into long-term incentive structures, including restricted cash and stock options.
  • Refine communication skills by engaging with senior leaders and delivering complex messages.
  • Exercise creativity in process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Basic Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HR, business, or technical).
    • Proficient in Excel with a keen attention to detail.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in senior leadership interactions.
    • Ability to analyze data sets and provide actionable recommendations.
    • Experience in compensation benchmarking.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in designing equity plans and employee stock purchase plans (ESPPs).
    • Background in developing executive compensation strategies.
    • Advanced Excel skills.
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau.
