Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Total Rewards Management:
    • Coordinate benefit plan designs and lead the annual enrollment process.
    • Administer all benefits and retirement programs, addressing employee inquiries and processing changes.
    • Act as a liaison with external benefits administrators and resolve any issues faced by employees.
    • Review compensation structures to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
    • Manage employee leave requests and provide support to HR teams across locations.
  • HRIS Oversight:
    • Serve as the primary contact for HRIS technical support and maintain system functionality.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements.
    • Generate accurate reports and dashboards, responding to information requests efficiently.
    • Train new HR staff on system usage and ensure timely information exchange with Finance/Payroll.
  • Compliance Assurance:
    • Draft and update policy documents, including the employee handbook.
    • Oversee compliance reporting and ensure accuracy in employee notifications.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Assist with employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
    • Support various HR functions and maintain the Human Resources Intranet page.
    • Participate in committees as necessary to promote employee engagement and wellness.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in human resources or business, coupled with 3-5 years of relevant experience, is required. HR certification is preferred. Candidates must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
