Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Total Rewards Management:
- Coordinate benefit plan designs and lead the annual enrollment process.
- Administer all benefits and retirement programs, addressing employee inquiries and processing changes.
- Act as a liaison with external benefits administrators and resolve any issues faced by employees.
- Review compensation structures to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Manage employee leave requests and provide support to HR teams across locations.
- HRIS Oversight:
- Serve as the primary contact for HRIS technical support and maintain system functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements.
- Generate accurate reports and dashboards, responding to information requests efficiently.
- Train new HR staff on system usage and ensure timely information exchange with Finance/Payroll.
- Compliance Assurance:
- Draft and update policy documents, including the employee handbook.
- Oversee compliance reporting and ensure accuracy in employee notifications.

- Assist with employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Support various HR functions and maintain the Human Resources Intranet page.
- Participate in committees as necessary to promote employee engagement and wellness.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in human resources or business, coupled with 3-5 years of relevant experience, is required. HR certification is preferred. Candidates must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
