We are expanding our operations and looking for skilled professionals to join us in delivering exceptional service in the property management sector.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our accounting team, you will:
  • Oversee and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions related to property management.
  • Assist in processing accounts payable as necessary.
  • Prepare and manage batch deposits, ensuring receivables are accurately posted to tenant accounts using Yardi software.
  • Maintain cash balances in line with client specifications and prepare necessary transfer and funding requests.
  • Complete month-end financial processes, including the preparation of financial statements and cash flow reports.
  • Manage recurring payments such as mortgages, insurance, and other miscellaneous expenses.
  • Review and authorize all accounts payable and payment disbursements, along with tenant database modifications, ledgers, and rent rolls.
  • Support annual recovery reconciliations and assist in estimating tenant billing.
  • Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

What You Will Need
  • A minimum of three years of accounting experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Experience with Yardi software is advantageous.
