Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements
  • Prepare for annual audits
  • Reconcile the general ledger
  • Support Property Managers for multiple entities

Qualifications:

  • 2 or 4-year Accounting degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in Accounting or related field
  • Understanding of Accounting processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Customer service skills
  • Computer experience including Yardi preferred
