Job Title: Account Manager - Accelerated Sales Program

White Cap is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our Accelerated Sales Program. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets
  • Sell White Cap's value proposition and products to customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 1-2 years of sales or related field experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Spanish language proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Competitive nature with a drive to succeed
  • Goal-oriented with personal accountability to deliver on metrics
  • Open to feedback and willing to take action to improve performance
