Job Title: Account Manager, Strategic Markets Sales

Benco Dental is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our Strategic Markets team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) in the Mid-Market segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and grow business opportunities with assigned DSOs
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts
  • Coordinate the involvement of Benco Dental personnel, manufacture personnel, support and service, and other resources to maintain and grow business opportunities for Benco Dental
  • Proactively assess customer needs and bring solutions and solution-based ideas to address customer needs
Requirements:
  • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience, or like experience in business to business environment
  • Must have prior dental experience; special markets background/knowledge of special markets is preferred
  • Must have a strong sales background
  • Negotiation & presentation skills
  • Communicates effectively with others
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
