Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Secretary to join our team at Medical Clinic of Houston, L.L.P. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a caring and sensitive demeanor, and the ability to maintain confidentiality of patient medical and financial information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, tests, and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
  • Prepare and organize medical records, reports, and other documents
  • Assist with billing and insurance claims
  • Provide administrative support to physicians and other staff members
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous medical secretary or MA experience preferred
  • BLS certification a plus
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift, and move patients as needed
