Job Title: Data Center Commissioning QC Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commissioning QC Manager to join our team in the fast-paced and ever-evolving construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) related to the construction and operation of our data centers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage the QA/QC program for the construction and operation of data centers.
  • Ensure quality standards are met and maintained by monitoring and inspecting construction processes and materials.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure that QA/QC procedures are understood and followed at all stages of the project.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with the QA/QC program.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to management, identifying any areas of non-compliance and recommending corrective actions.
  • Train and guide team members on QA/QC procedures and best practices.
  • Continually review and update QA/QC procedures and practices to reflect changes in the industry and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and operations, to ensure quality standards are met across all aspects of the project.
  • Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts related to quality control.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a QA/QC managerial role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in managing QA/QC for data center construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and quality control principles.
  • Proficient in using QA/QC software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional certifications in Quality Management or a related field would be an advantage.
