About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Construction Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the ground-up construction of large-scale data centers in Arizona, Utah, and Nevada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all stages of project life cycle management from initiation to completion.
  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget.
  • Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation measures as necessary.
  • Ensure quality control procedures are meticulously implemented and the final product meets project objectives and client expectations.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards in all aspects of project execution.
  • Prepare and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, including clients and management.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure all aspects of the project are correctly and completely recorded for future reference.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Senior Construction Manager role, specifically in ground-up construction of data centers.
  • Proven experience as a Mission Critical Project Manager and/or Data Center Project Manager.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in project management software.
  • PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an advantage.
