Data Center Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Permanent Project Manager to join our team, focusing on the ground-up construction of Data Centers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all stages of project life cycle management from initiation to completion, ensuring the highest levels of quality and performance are met.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and all other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation measures as necessary.
- Ensure quality control procedures are meticulously implemented and the final product meets the project objectives and client expectations.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards in all aspects of project execution.
- Prepare and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, including clients and management.
- Manage project documentation and ensure all aspects of the project are correctly and completely recorded for future reference.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Project Manager role, specifically in ground-up construction of data centers.
- Proven experience as a Mission Critical Project Manager and/or Data Center Project Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in project management software.
- PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an advantage.
