Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Control program for data center construction and operation
  • Ensure quality standards are met by monitoring and inspecting construction processes and materials
  • Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure Quality Control procedures are understood and followed
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with the Quality Control program
  • Prepare and present quality reports to management, identifying areas of non-compliance and recommending corrective actions
  • Train and guide team members on Quality Control procedures and best practices
  • Continually review and update Quality Control procedures and practices to reflect changes in the industry and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met across all aspects of the project
  • Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts related to quality control
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Control managerial role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Proven experience in managing Quality Control for data center construction projects
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and quality control principles
  • Proficient in using Quality Control software and tools
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Professional certifications in Quality Management or a related field would be an advantage
