Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Review Manager - Project Lead to join our team at Lighthouse Document Technologies Inc. As a key member of our litigation support team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing document review projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and implement review plans that meet client requirements and Lighthouse standards
    • Supervise the execution of review plans and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results
  • Consultative Services
    • Provide expert advice on review workflow strategy and optimal application of technology
    • Recommend best practices in review and drive adoption across the organization
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication
    • Communicate directly with counsel, clients, and review vendors on project progress and results
    • Ensure seamless collaboration and coordination across teams
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Establish and manage quality control measures to ensure adherence to Lighthouse playbook and execution of throughput goals
    • Collaborate with AI experts and data project managers to drive process improvement initiatives
  • Subject Matter Expertise
    • Provide client- and case-specific subject matter expertise to support review projects
    • Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new review methodologies
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Three years of experience as a document review manager with a review provider or law firm
  • Education and Certification
    • Attorney, active and in good standing in any US jurisdiction
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and motivational skills to lead diverse contractor attorney teams
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail and technical aptitude
    • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently or as part of a team
    • Proficiency in Relativity, Brainspace, Blackout, or comparable platforms
Work Environment

Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table. Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting.

Duties may require occasionally working outside normal business hours (evenings and weekends).
