Candidate ProfileKey Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a comprehensive delivery capability that encompasses strategy, analytics, technology, and business, with a strong emphasis on technical implementations.
- Serve as a bridge between data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Guide junior team members, fostering their growth as professionals and future leaders.
- Oversee the complete delivery of customized and packaged technology solutions.
- Ensure compliance and quality assurance throughout various delivery phases, including estimation, design reviews, testing, and formal sign-offs.
Essential Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a technical project manager within a consulting context.
- Proven track record in leading technical delivery projects.
- Experience managing Agile teams.
- Familiarity with data science, analytics, and machine learning teams.
- Ability to assess business and technical implications of user requirements and integrate them into project plans.
- Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or VSO.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of risk management or risk modeling.
- Experience in the utilities sector.
Logic20/20 is committed to recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. We offer a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $160,000 - $186,000 for this position. The final salary will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Eligible employees may also receive performance-based bonuses and additional incentives.
