QUALIFICATIONS


Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field from an accredited institution, along with relevant project management experience.

7+ years of experience in project management.

Exceptional listening, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.


Background in IT delivery with comprehensive experience throughout the systems development life cycle, including all phases of program/project management: planning, initiation, elaboration, design, building, testing, and implementation.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to multitask and manage interruptions effectively.

Willingness to engage in complex issues to facilitate problem resolution and quickly arrive at solutions.


Must be a proactive self-starter with the ability to "manage upward"; capable of thinking critically and exercising sound judgment and decision-making.

Attention to detail is essential.

Experience with Data Governance, Quality Controls, and Integrations is advantageous.

Global Regulatory implementation experience is a plus.

Familiarity with Agile/Kanban Software Development methodologies is beneficial.

PMP or Project Management certification is a plus.

Experience in the Financial Services sector is a plus.

Education: Bachelor's Degree
