Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage asbestos and lead abatement projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct hazardous materials building surveys to identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules to meet client expectations and deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, environmental, and construction management, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on industrial hygiene matters, including indoor air quality, exposure assessments, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial hygiene, with a focus on asbestos and lead abatement.
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, health and safety, or a related field.
- AHERA Asbestos certification and other relevant certifications.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
