As a key member of our industrial hygiene service line, you will be responsible for leading asbestos and lead abatement projects, conducting hazardous materials building surveys, and ensuring the delivery of quality, attentive, and timely service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage asbestos and lead abatement projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct hazardous materials building surveys to identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules to meet client expectations and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, environmental, and construction management, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on industrial hygiene matters, including indoor air quality, exposure assessments, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial hygiene, with a focus on asbestos and lead abatement.
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, health and safety, or a related field.
  • AHERA Asbestos certification and other relevant certifications.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
