Strategic Partner Development Manager

Health NXT is a member-based community focused on innovation and disruption of the healthcare ecosystem. This intimate group gathers for roundtable dinners, tours of health facilities, and presentations by entrepreneurs and change agents. The Health NXT Fund supports seed/early growth round entrepreneurs with smart capital, where Health NXT members serve as advisors, board members, and pilot sites.
Salary:
We offer an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
In this critical role, you will identify potential partners, engage executives within those firms, propose partnership value and options, and close partnership engagements. You will be responsible for aligning partner firm strategic goals with our vision and strategic path forward. As a partner advocate, you will ensure an exceptional experience for the partners we choose to work with.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
This is a highly professional consultative role that requires a documented track record of success in attracting, growing, and retaining partner relationships. Ideal candidates have a background in healthcare, media, or event sponsorship. Professional recruiters or those who have sold professional services are also encouraged to apply. Adaptability and hustle are essential in a startup environment.
