In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing strategic talent management initiatives and programs that drive business growth and improve organizational performance. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand key business objectives, priorities, and direction, and use your expertise to develop solutions that meet the needs of our global enterprise.
We're looking for a highly experienced professional with a proven track record in executive and leadership development, specifically in building, socializing, and deploying leadership solutions for top 100 leaders of a global, matrixed organization. Your experience should include managing high-performing talent management and/or executive and leadership development teams, as well as strong capability of leading through influence across cultures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement strategic talent management initiatives and programs that drive business growth and improve organizational performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand key business objectives, priorities, and direction, and use expertise to develop solutions that meet the needs of our global enterprise.
- Manage high-performing talent management and/or executive and leadership development teams, including coaching, mentoring, and developing skills and capabilities.
- Build, deploy, and embed talent management solutions as a Center of Expertise member and outside North America, including assessment centers.
- Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences, including executive presentations for K-C's Executive Leadership Team and/or Board of Directors.
- Apply knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization's goals, including clearly understanding how own activities relate to critical business drivers.
- Understand Organizational Development science, practices, processes, structure, and technologies, and draw insights that inform business decision-making to improve employee experience, Talent Programs, organizational effectiveness/design, culture, key OD trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree; 10+ years of experience in executive and leadership development, specifically in building, socializing, and deploying leadership solutions for top 100 leaders of a global, matrixed organization.
- 5+ years of experience managing high-performing talent management and/or executive and leadership development teams, including strong capability of leading through influence across cultures.
- Experience building, deploying, and embedding talent management solutions as a Center of Expertise member and outside North America, including assessment centers.
- Certification in Executive Coaching and Hogan Assessments preferred.
- Strong business acumen, technical HR acumen, and data acumen, including ability to develop and deliver multi-mode communications and apply knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization's goals.

Our Total Rewards program provides a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location, plus bonuses and incentives tied to individual and company performance.
