Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and assess the entire production workflow.
- Fluently communicate in both Spanish and English.
- Contribute to production scheduling and financial planning.

Education, Skills, and Experience:
- Valid state driver's license.
- Clean driving record.
- Background check required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in solar installation preferred.
- Experience in residential construction.
- Knowledge of electrical systems is advantageous.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the workday.
- Proficient in handling and maintaining basic hand and power tools.
- Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve results in a fast-paced setting.
- Preferred qualifications include:
- Management and supervisory skills.
- Experience in solar energy.
- Background in roofing, electrical, or construction fields.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring.

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
The physical demands of this position include:
- Climbing, standing, bending, and lifting.
