Role Summary

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering care to pediatric patients ranging from infancy to 21 years of age. The LPN will focus on achieving quality outcomes through a family-centered care approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, adhering to ethical standards and practice guidelines.
  • Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs, and accurately document findings in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
  • Assist healthcare professionals with procedures and facilitate the intake and discharge processes.
  • Ensure continuity of care by supporting the established care plan.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to promote therapeutic interventions and service integration.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding patient, hospital, and employee information.
Communication Skills

Demonstrate effective verbal communication by maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times. Utilize excellent telephone communication skills to enhance the quality of care provided.
