We are currently seeking a passionate individual for the role of Lead Engineer in NAND Yield Analysis. This position requires a candidate who is eager to innovate through data analytics and is driven by curiosity to explore the 'what, how, and why' of our processes. In this capacity, you will play a pivotal role in providing critical insights and guidance on yield enhancement initiatives for NAND memory technology. This position necessitates extensive collaboration across various functions within the organization, including interactions with executive leadership.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:
  • Leading a team of engineers to deepen understanding of issues and enhance the performance of new NAND products.
  • Working alongside cross-functional teams to expedite product market readiness by leveraging device physics and semiconductor processing knowledge to forecast end-of-line device performance.
  • Generating Pareto analyses to establish priorities for process improvement actions aimed at optimizing probe yield and product qualification.
  • Partnering with the global Yield Engineering team to devise innovative techniques and creatively utilize existing analytical tools to pinpoint relevant process challenges.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and establishing effective forums for sharing best practices.
  • Implementing performance management strategies by setting individual performance objectives aligned with departmental goals and monitoring key performance indicators.
  • Ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize team performance.

  • A solid understanding of semiconductor processing.
Experience Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, ideally in a Senior Engineer or Engineer Supervisor role.

Educational Background:

A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Physics, or a related field, complemented by 5 years of relevant industry experience.
