We are currently seeking a passionate and innovative individual for the position of NAND Yield Analysis Engineer Lead. This role is designed for those who possess a keen interest in data analytics and a relentless curiosity to explore the intricacies of 'what, how, and why'. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a crucial role in guiding yield enhancement initiatives for NAND memory technology. This position necessitates extensive collaboration across various organizational functions, including engagement with executive leadership.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:
  • Leading a team of engineers to deepen understanding of issues that enhance the performance of new NAND products.
  • Working alongside cross-functional teams to expedite product market readiness by leveraging device physics and semiconductor processing expertise to forecast end-of-line device performance.
  • Generating Pareto analyses to establish priorities and direct process improvement efforts aimed at optimizing probe yield and product qualification.
  • Partnering with the global Yield Engineering team to innovate techniques and creatively utilize existing analytical tools to pinpoint relevant process challenges.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and establishing effective forums for sharing best practices.
  • Overseeing performance management by setting individual performance objectives aligned with departmental goals and monitoring key performance indicators.
  • Ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize team performance.

Experience Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a background as a Senior Engineer or Engineering Supervisor.

Educational Qualifications:

A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline, accompanied by 5 years of relevant industry experience.
