Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Reimbursement Specialist to join our team at Della Infotech. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative activities with minimal supervision, including data entry, billing support, and tracking and organizing data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly workflows and timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Communicate and collaborate with clinic and corporate staff via phone and/or email to ensure processes are completed accurately and timely.
  • Track, organize, and effectively maintain data received from clinics and/or internal departments.
  • Analyze data for discrepancies and present necessary changes in procedures to Management.
  • Assist with running reports, analyzing data, and reviewing for accuracy as needed.
  • Interact with other departments to resolve data discrepancies.
  • Assist in monthly closing procedures as needed.
  • Multi-task efficiently and re-prioritize work accordingly.
  • Assist with obtaining and tracking required documentation for Internal & External Audit purposes.
  • Contribute to team effort by achieving desired results.
  • Assist with reception desk coverage as needed.
  • Complete assigned tasks independently and with minimum supervision.
  • Perform filing, data entry, special projects, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance.
  • Understand business implications of decisions.
  • Perform other duties as requested by supervisor, manager, or director.
Requirements
  • Associates degree or equivalent from a 2-year college - REQUIRED
  • This is NOT a remote position - must go into the office every day - REQUIRED
  • Collections and billing experience - REQUIRED
