Job Summary
Mount Carmel Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled Credentialing Specialist-Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our administrative department, you will be responsible for providing advanced level administrative support, overseeing office automation and information technology needs, and serving as a resource for our facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate workflow and reallocate resources to meet office needs and provide high-level customer service.
- Provide staff management, including hiring, development, training, performance management, and communication to ensure effective department operation.
- Oversee and evaluate office automation and information technology needs.
- Serve as a resource for our facility, interacting with internal and external customers.
- Assist in monitoring professional staff credentialing process, including collection of documentation and verification of credentials and licenses.
- Develop policies and procedures for the administrative department.
- Attend staff meetings, take notes, and prepare minutes.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information.
