IT Service Desk Analyst

The IT Service Desk Analyst is a key member of the MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure team, responsible for providing technical support and assistance to employees and customers. This role requires a strong understanding of computer operations and a ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and assistance to employees and customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist with maintaining day-to-day computer operations, including regular cleaning and maintenance of computer equipment
- Participate in rollout and implementation of new systems, assisting other IS resources with testing procedures
- Document incidents in company ticket tracking system and resolve incidents in a timely manner
- Install hardware and software on desktop systems and report and communicate outages/escalations to the IT Support Supervisor
- Assume on-call duties on scheduled rotation and set up and deployment of mobile phones
- Maintain IT asset inventory by keeping user assignment information up to date and ensure sufficient stock of IT equipment
- Move, set up, and update workstations and provide first-level user support troubleshooting
- Train end-users on use of systems and programs and assist with creating access cards for building security badge systems
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or six months to one-year related experience and/or training
- Six months to one-year of experience in support/customer service preferred
- Knowledge of Office 365 and customer service skills
